Turning Showroomers To Customers

Some interesting research by TNS is suggesting that “27 per cent of Australian respondents prefer to access information on their phone rather than speaking to a sales assistant in store”. The obvious question to ask is how are you engaging with these customers as they enter your store. Better still, can you encourage these customers back into your store using a voucher or offer which includes them having to use their mobile.
