Set voucher types, default terms text and global validity periods in Voucher Settings. Vouchers auto-expire after the configured period. Meet Australian minimum three-year gift card expiry requirements unless an ACCC exception applies.

Enable the licensed Gift Vouchers add-on to sync Retail Express vouchers with Shopify Gift Cards. Sell gift card products created in Retail Express and published to Shopify. Customers redeem with one code at POS or Shopify checkout and balances update in both systems. Partial redemption supported.
