Create style/matrix products in bulk
Navigate to Create Style/Matrix Products in Inventory (or use Create Style when building a PO). Enter the Manufacturer SKU (style code), select sizes and colours, and click Configure Variants to preview every combination. Untick combinations you don't need, and Supplier SKUs auto-generate from the Manufacturer SKU so you can create the whole range at once.

Size, colour & custom attributes
Retail Express includes default attributes (Brand, Colour, Season, Size). You can also create up to 8 custom attributes under Product Attributes in Settings. Size List Order controls the display sequence in reports and web stores (so sizes display logically like S, M, L, rather than alphabetically).

Stock List Matrix shows one line per style with a grid of stock levels by size and colour. Style Inventory on Hand Matrix compares stock quantities across all stores for a style code. Stock Sales Matrix by Colour shows sales velocity by style, colour, and size to help you spot your bestsellers instantly.

Retail Express supports Matrix PO templates that display Style/Matrix products in a size by colour grid. Enter quantities per cell and the system generates individual SKU lines automatically. It supports up to 12 variants per row, making it much faster than one-row-per-SKU entry for apparel and footwear ranges.
