Casey’s Toys began their partnership with Retail Express when they only had one store.
However, thanks to the powerful multi-store features of Retail Express - and in particular the advanced inventory management capabilities - they've managed to expand to 10 bricks and mortar stores, numerous pop ups and an integrated online store.

Two weeks after they made the switch to Retail Express, the unthinkable happened and their entire store burnt to the ground in a fire.
With their old server based system, it would have been a very difficult road with the insurance company as all of their data would have gone.
Thankfully however, all their data was saved in the cloud with Retail Express. They just logged on and handed over what was needed instantly.
A simple-to-use POS
The store staff at Casey’s Toys particularly like the quick search feature where you don’t need an item code to find what you’re looking for.
Simply begin typing ‘plastic ball’ and all items with that description come up – even if you misspell it. It’s especially useful if you have small items that are difficult to stick a code to.
